1. Scope of Services

Budapix specializes in high-converting website design, mobile speed optimization, and hands-free review automation for local service businesses. Specific deliverables, setup timelines, and service tier features are detailed in your individual Service Order or Proposal.

2. Authentic Review Policy & Google Compliance

Budapix strictly complies with Google Maps, Google Business Profile, and FTC guidelines regarding customer feedback:

• Authentic Customer Reviews Only: Our software facilitates direct invitations to your genuine, real-world customers. We do not purchase, fabricate, or incentivize fake Google reviews under any circumstances.
• Compliance with Google Terms: Our review collection flow uses standard, single-tap Google Maps review links. Clients are responsible for ensuring their customer contact lists consist of individuals who have transacted with their business.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable successful deployment of website builds and review triggers, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business details, branding assets, logo files, and business hours.
• Maintain administrative access or grant delegated manager access to Google Business Profiles when required.
• Ensure customer phone numbers and emails provided for automated review requests comply with local consent regulations (such as TCPA / CAN-SPAM).

4. Payment Terms & Flexible Agreements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your custom proposal:

• Website development fees are due prior to project launch unless installment terms are arranged.
• Monthly subscription services for review automation operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in contract required.
• Clients may pause or cancel monthly subscription services by providing 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of development fees, clients own all custom website graphics, copy, and content generated specifically for their business domain. Budapix retains ownership of proprietary software scripts, review automation algorithms, and underlying template frameworks.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Budapix utilizes proven local SEO practices to boost Google Map visibility, local search rankings depend on third-party algorithms (Google Maps API) and local competitive factors. Budapix cannot guarantee specific rank placement or revenue numbers beyond our verified performance setup. In no event shall Budapix be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Budapix services after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
